key lock box combination or hidden key location to the persons needing access to your home in an emergency.
What sort of training do your Medical Emergency Operators receive?
Our Monitoring Center's Medical Emergency Operators are trained in "True Two-Way" Monitoring. Not only do
they receive hours of academic and hands-on training, but they also spend their first several weeks of dispatching
completely supervised and overseen by highly experienced eyes. Once they meet all of their training
requirements, they are certified to perform "True Two-Way" monitoring.

"True Two-Way" Monitoring means that the Medical Emergency Operator is trained to quickly determine the
nature of the emerency as it happens. Unlike other centers that, after receiving an alarm, call back to the alarm
premises in an attempt to access the two-way voice system. Our Central Station engages the two-way audio and
within moments attempts to communicate with whomever is at the alarm location.

Seniors have different challenges that they face everyday (Companionship, loss of hearing, restrictions in mobility
and other physical ailments, fear of being dependent on others, fear of being a "bother" or "burden, etc). "True
Two-Way" trained dispatchers are trained on how to deal with these issues in an efficient and professional
manner.
Other Central Stations train their Dispatchers to focus on quickly completing the call and getting off the line.
